InterMine Perl modules

Uses

We supply Perl modules to serve the following two uses:

1. Creating XML data for loading into an InterMine instance, using the Items API
2. Accessing an InterMine web service. With webservices you can:
   • Retrieve data with queries and templates
   • Fetch template and model information
   • Upload templates and lists (coming in version 0.97)

Installation

The InterMine Perl code is in sub-driectories of the intermine/perl directory in the standard InterMine checkout.
